Business Hours
The MGH CCIB DNA Core facility is open Monday through Friday,
8:00 am - 5:30 pm (EST).
During normal business hours, core staff accepts samples, delivers results, and is available for consultations. Results are also delivered during extended business hours and weekend hours as appropriate.
Our Customer Phone Service (617-726-5982) is available Monday through Friday,
7:00 am - 2:00 pm (EST).
