Library Sequencing: Data Retrieval
Upon completion of the sequencing run, the data will be made available through a link and password emailed to the PI. Normally Fastq files will be made available, but customers can request other file types from the run. The link will remain active for three weeks after which the data will be sent to temporary storage. Data retrieval from temporary storage will incur a $75.00 fee. We do not have the capacity to store data long term and data will be deleted after several months in temporary storage.
