Library Sequencing Submission
PLEASE REVIEW OUR GUIDELINES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR LIBRARY!
All guidelines for library preparation and submission must be addressed. Please contact us if these requirements cannot be met so we can work with you on identifying a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Library Requirements:
Submission is a complete Illumina library
Library is in low-bind 1.5 mL microfuge tube (labeled with PI initials and the library name)
Library has an 260/280 nm absorbance ratio of at least 1.8
Volume of library is at least 30 uL with a concentration of 10 -20 nM (ideally measured by qPCR)
Library suspended in EBT buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.05% Tween-20, pH 8.0) or EB buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl, pH 8.0)
TapeStation (or equivalent) trace of the library has been attached to the library information form
A hard copy of the library information form and the barcoded submission forms are included with library
Library Shipment:
We are currently offering library sequencing with a turnaround time for data delivery of six to eight business days. Libraries may be submitted anytime, and they will be processed in the order which we receive them. Local customers may submit libraries by delivering them in person to our laboratory facility in Cambridge or through our remote dropboxes. All customers may also ship libraries to us at the address below:
