DNA Synthesis: Pick-Up Locations
For your convenience, the CCIB DNA Core provides a free oligonucleotide delivery service for the Mass General Brigham research community.
Completed oligo orders, packaged in a brown manila envelope and labeled with your name, will be delivered to designated remote pick-up location within 48 hours. Orders that are going to the Mass General Brigham Research Building (65 Landsdowne St., Cambridge, MA 02139) can usually be picked up within 24 hours. Upon special request, completed oligo orders can also be picked up within 24 hours directly at our core facility (38 Sidney Street, Suite 100, Cambridge, MA 02139).
Please note: To prevent your orders from shuttling back and forth between our core facility and the corresponding remote pick-up location, please take your oligonucleotides out of the blue or red transport box as soon as possible.
Simches Research Building - Molecular Biology Department (7th floor)
The pick-up box (= blue or red transport cooler) can be found in the refrigerator located in the central corridor, on the other side of the glass doors of the elevator lobby. Key card access is required.

MGH Main Campus - Jackson Building (13th floor)
The pick-up box (= blue or red transport cooler) can be found in the refrigerator located in the elevator lobby.
Delivery time: ~11:15 AM
MGH Charlestown (CNY; 6th floor)
The pick-up box (= blue or red transport cooler) can be found in the refrigerator in room 6133, at the corner of room 6140, East side. You can contact Stacy Francis (Tel 617-726-5689) if you should have any questions.

Ragon Institute of MIT and Harvard - Lobby (1st floor)
The pick-up box (blue or red transport cooler box) is located in the 1st floor lobby, in the small storage/coat room next to the entrance glass door.
Delivery time: ~11:30 AM
Mass General Brigham Research Building (65 Landsdowne Street, Cambridge, MA):
The pick-up box (grey or white open bin) is located in the lobby on the first floor, right behind the security desk. The building is open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. At all other times (including weekends and MGH holidays), the building will be locked and requires card key access. Your orders are delivered on the same day they are completed.

Outsourced Oligonucleotides:
If you have chosen one of our outsourced synthesis/purification services, all orders are delivered to the CCIB DNA Core based on standard IDT shipping procedures. Core users will not incur any shipping charges! Upon their arrival at the core facility, all orders will be delivered to our remote pick-up locations.
