Nanopore Sequencing
In response to growing demand for flexible, long-read sequencing solutions, the MGH CCIB DNA Core now offers end-to-end Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) sequencing services using the MinION platform. This technology enables rapid turnaround of targeted applications such as rapid transposase-based amplicon and plasmid sequencing and recombinant AAV genome characterization based on ligation-based protocols. Our services include quality control, library preparation, sequencing, and downstream data analysis using custom analysis pipelines processed within the Mass General Brigham ErisTwo Linux Cluster. The platform supports scalable, high-throughput processing of multiple samples in parallel, making it well-suited for both small- and large-scale projects.
